Only Representative according to Art. 8 REACH

We take over all the rights and obligations of an Only Representative for non-EU enterprises.

The role of an Only Representative according to Art. 8 REACH includes in particular:

  • Impact analysis
  • Registration of a substance
  • Archiving and updating of substance information on imported volumes and the customers supplied
  • Formulating and updating of safety data sheets
  • Taking over the obligations of importers regarding information within the supply chain
  • Participation in the joint use of data, in particular in a SIEF /consortium 
  • Compiling and submitting registration dossiers
  • Observing the given deadlines
  • Updating the registration
