Our business process outsourcing concept offers a complete chemicals management from the new development of chemical products, via production to the final product handling at your customer's premises.
Our interdisciplinary team, made up from chemists, hazardous substance and REACH experts as well as SHE managers, provides the following process services with the aid of our UMCO IT solution:
- For formulators: Automated import of raw material, formula and product data from own IT system
- Validation and analysis of new raw materials regarding their utilisability
- Classification and labelling of substances / products (beginning with the development phase of new products)
- Preparing all relevent documents (REACH-conform safety data sheets, extended safety data sheets (eSDS) and exposure scenarios as well as hazardous goods labels according to current legislation such as GHS - (CLP)
- REACH-related additional requirements (e.g. risk management measures)
- Export of all substance and product-related data via XML interfaces for inclusion in the software environment of a company
- Provision of dynamic data lists / reports in protected client portal on our web server (e.g. for fast access to current storage and transport lists)
- Online access to all documents in a protected client portal on our web server
- Continuous support and updating of substance and product data after legislative changes or formula alterations
- Processing of other business-related procedures (e.g. registrations or listings)
